Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Female 45-64 years old in age

Exclusion

  • cognitive-function impairment
  • spinal disease
  • unsuitability for engaging in physical activity (e.g., because of severe cardiovascular disease)
  • muscular strength affected by medication for nervous system diseases.
