Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age over 18;
- Total hip arthroplasty for advanced hip diseases including femoral neck fracture, developmental dysplasia of hip, and osteonecrosis of the femoral head.
Exclusion
- Diminished mental capacity
- Vancomycin allergy
- Chronic kidney disease stage III and stage IV
