Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age between 50 and 80
- Total knee arthroplasty for primary osteoarthritis. Primary diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis
Exclusion
- Diminished mental capacity
- Vancomycin allergy
- Chronic kidney disease stage III and stage IV
