Inclusion
- Consecutive patients aged 18 years or older
Exclusion
- acute pilonidal abscess
- poorly controlled
- diabetes mellitus,
- immunosuppressive or coagulation disorders,
- pregnancy and/or lactation,
- other acute surgical diseases
