Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Patients referred for endoscopic resection of non-neoplastic and neoplastic lesions in the colon presenting to our tertiary academic center.
  • Age \> 18 years

Exclusion

  • patients with histories of allergic reactions to TXA
  • history of seizures
  • pregnancy
