Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Posterior fossa lesions with anticipated prolonged neurointensive critical care
  • Patients older than 18 years
  • Informed consent if applicable (unconscious patients will be also enrolled)
  • No existing exclusion criteria

Exclusion

  • Coagulation disorders
  • Age \< 18 years
  • Pregnancy
