Inclusion
- Posterior fossa lesions with anticipated prolonged neurointensive critical care
- Patients older than 18 years
- Informed consent if applicable (unconscious patients will be also enrolled)
- No existing exclusion criteria
Exclusion
- Coagulation disorders
- Age \< 18 years
- Pregnancy
