Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Over 18 years of age.
- Be active in any of the joint sports programs of the Fundación Universitaria del Área Andina headquarters Pereira - Colombia.
- Voluntarily accept participation in the study.
- Sign the consent informed.
Exclusion
- Have a lower limb injury that may affect flexibility or muscle power.
- Refuse to participate in the study.
- Be under 18 years of age.
