Inclusion
- ribs fracture after polytrauma
Exclusion
- pregnancy
- allergy to anesthetics
- head trauma
- history of neurological impairment (primary or secondary)
- history of cancer
- history of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
- infections of skin close to the block site
- systemic infections
