- Gynecologic Oncologic surgery procedures
Exclusion
- Severe valvulopathy
- Cardiac failure
- Severe aortic stenosis
- Severe cardiac arrhythmias
- Coagulopathy
- Contraindication to arterial calculation
- Patient's refusal
