Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Both male and female of age 20 to 40 years
- Knee pain 3 or more on VAS
- Patients with grade 3 or more than 3 power of knee muscle
- Subjects with post traumatic stiffness of knee joint having a minimum of 70 degree of knee flexion
Exclusion
- Hypermobile and unstable joint
- Soft tissue injuries
- Joint infection and loosening
- Other complication of post fracture/ TK
