Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- First-ever hemiplegia
- Hemiplegia duration of at least 6 months
- Ability to walk alone without an orthosis.
Exclusion
- Patients with ataxia, dystonia, or dyskinesia
- Patients with dementia
- Patients with bilateral hemiplegia
- Taking antispastic drugs
