Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • First-ever hemiplegia
  • Hemiplegia duration of at least 6 months
  • Ability to walk alone without an orthosis.

Exclusion

  • Patients with ataxia, dystonia, or dyskinesia
  • Patients with dementia
  • Patients with bilateral hemiplegia
  • Taking antispastic drugs
