- No risky pregnancy
- Gestational week between 37-42
- Unopened amniotic membrane
- Those who will give birth vaginally
- In active phase
- Fluent in Turkish
- Singleton pregnancy
- Primiparous
Exclusion
- Any complication development
- Cesarean section status
