Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Both male and female
- Pain at distal 2/3 of tibia
- Previous history of MTSS
- Recreational runner
Exclusion
- History of lower limb fracture
- Any lower limb surgical history
- Any malignancy
- Professional athlete
- Cardiopulmonary insufficiency
