Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Both male and female
  • Pain at distal 2/3 of tibia
  • Previous history of MTSS
  • Recreational runner

Exclusion

  • History of lower limb fracture
  • Any lower limb surgical history
  • Any malignancy
  • Professional athlete
  • Cardiopulmonary insufficiency
