Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Age 18 to 25
  • Part-time or full-time college student
  • Ability to speak and understand English
  • Access to a cell phone
  • Lifetime history of interpersonal trauma exposure
  • Heavy alcohol use

Exclusion

  • 1\) Currently receiving psychological therapy or psychotropic medication for substance use.
