Inclusion
- Pediatric patients undergoing thoracic surgery
- American Society of Anesthesiology Class 1-2-3
Exclusion
- Denial of patients or parents
- Coagulopathy
- With preexisting cardiac dysfunction
- Wtih history of renal and/or hepatic dysfunction
