- 18 years and over,
- Defining the postoperative pain intensity of 4 and above,
- No cognitive problem
- Willing to participate in the research
- Having had Abdominal Surgery.
Exclusion
- with a communication barrier,
- Having an uncontrollable psychiatric disorder,
