Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Veteran
  • English-speaking, community-dwelling women Veterans
  • Diagnosis of UI (all types)
  • Access to the internet via a mobile device or computer

Exclusion

  • Women Veterans who are currently pregnant or less than 12 weeks postpartum
