Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Veteran
- English-speaking, community-dwelling women Veterans
- Diagnosis of UI (all types)
- Access to the internet via a mobile device or computer
Exclusion
- Women Veterans who are currently pregnant or less than 12 weeks postpartum
