Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Children with acute gastroenteritis who fulfill the following criteria:
- Age from one month up to 10 years.
- Large frequent stools.
- Symptoms and signs of dehydration.
- Serum sodium level ≧ 145 mmol/L.
Exclusion
- Parenteral diarrhea.
- Gastroenteritis more than 14 days
