Inclusion
- chronic hemodialysis patients
- well functioning vascular access
- hematocrit higher than 30%
Exclusion
- known heparin allergy
- severe thrombocytopenia (platelets more than 50.000/µL)
- active infection
- treatment with vitamin K antagonists
