Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • patients referred for CAG and/or PCI

Exclusion

  • ST-elevation myocardial infarction
  • sudden cardiac arrest
  • hemody-namic instability
  • chronic kidney disease (stages 4-5)
  • forearm artery occlusion
  • previous unsuccessful ipsilateral TRA
  • unfavorable RA diameter
  • ultrasound unavailability
