Inclusion

  • Coral reef surgery
  • Urgent intervention
  • Claudication, renal, visceral involvement
  • Thoracic aortic cross clamping (above coeliac trunk)

Exclusion

  • "simple" visceral aorto thrombectomy without opening laterally the aorta
  • Pregnant
