- Coral reef surgery
- Urgent intervention
- Claudication, renal, visceral involvement
- Thoracic aortic cross clamping (above coeliac trunk)
Exclusion
- "simple" visceral aorto thrombectomy without opening laterally the aorta
- Pregnant
