Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Eligible patients were 18 years or older
- Undergoing surgery for gastrointestinal perforation, obstruction, mesenterial ischemia or necrosis, or anastomotic leakage.
Exclusion
- Not undergoing surgery for one of the conditions above
