- American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status 1 \& 2
- Posted for elective lower limb orthopaedic surgeries
Exclusion
- Sepsis at the site of injection
- Coagulopathy
- Patients with history of renal, hepatic, cardiovascular disease
- Patient on chronic opioid use
