Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- No respiratory system, heart disease
- Well cooperate with the MateNeb
Exclusion
- No respiratory illness such as influenza, pneumonia, asthma, bronchitis within the last month
- Couldn't finish three times pulmonary function test
