Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Age from 18 to 40 years.
  • BMI \< 35.
  • Pregnant patients with placenta previa .
  • Placenta accrete spectrum.
  • Vitally stable .

Exclusion

  • Vitally unstable .
  • Massive pre- or intra-operative bleeding.
  • Medical disorders ( e.g. : hypertension , cardiac …. )
