Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Healthy Adults
- No exercise habits (more than 3 months)
Exclusion
- Exercising ≥ 3 times per week;
- the presence of chronic diseases, such as hypertension, hyperglycemic states, etc;
- have conducted an exercise program in the past three months.
