Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- score of ≤ 5 on the Tilburg Frailty index
- able to walk independently without walking aids.
Exclusion
- score of \>6 on the Tilburg Frailty index
- uncorrected visual or hearing impairments
- Vestibular dysfunctions
- current use of walking aids.
