Inclusion
- osteoarthritis patients
- Age 45-90
- Diagnosis of OA ACR criteria
- Moderate-to-severe OA chronic pain.
Exclusion
- other joint diseases
- trauma, or pain condition
- fibromyalgia
- BMI\>39 kg/m2.
