Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- patient agree and provide written informed consent.
- patient undergoing elective cardiac surgery
- preoperative LV EF\>50% (TTE)
Exclusion
- preoperative cardiac dysrhythmia
- preoperative IABP
- use of other inotropic agents
