Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients with high-altitude polycythemia aging 18 to 65 years.
Exclusion
- Allergic to Tibetan medicine ingredients;
- Inappropriate to receive Tibetan medicine treatment and/or remote ischemic conditioning.
