Inclusion
- Partial or complete staghorn stones)
- Guy's Stone Score III or IV)
- Adult (18-60) years old patients
- Obese \& super-obese patients (BMI \> 30 kg/m 2).
Exclusion
- Patients with congenital renal anomalies
