Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- All preterm infants with respiratory distress syndrome.
Exclusion
- Preterm admitted to NICU for other reasons rather than respiratory distress
- Major congenital anomalies
- spontaneous intestinal perforation
- Endocrinal Dysfunctions
