Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Age: 16 years and above.
  • American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class: I, II and III.
  • Elective surgeries under General Endotracheal Anesthesia.
  • Potentially difficult airway.

Exclusion

  • Pregnancy
  • Body mass index \>35 kg/m2
  • Known allergy to drugs used in the study
  • Liver and renal insufficiency
