Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients in regular haemodialysis .
- patients above 18 years
Exclusion
- Patients with thyroid illness.
- Patients with acute infection.
- Patients with major surgeries.
- Patients with malignancy.
- Patients with liver cirrhosis.
- patient with inflammatory bowel diseases.
