Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Age 20 to 45 years
  • Both male and female
  • Low back pain \> 6 months
  • NPRS\>3
  • The symptoms of pain are lessened or disappeared after bed rest, while pain symptoms are aggravated after bending over, sitting for a long time, or standing for a long time.

Exclusion

  • Pelvic bone fracture
  • Pregnancy
  • Pelvic implants
  • Lumbosacral disc herniation
  • Sacroiliac joint inflammation
  • Lumbar spine fracture
  • Inflammatory bowel disease
  • Malignancy
  • Ankylosing spondylitis
