Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients who receiving elective colonoscopy under general anesthesia
Exclusion
- Patients with severe heart and lung diseases who cannot tolerate anesthesia or colonoscopy
- chronic constipation
- history of gastric or intestinal surgery
