Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Prescribed chronic benzodiazepines by their primary care clinicians at a Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) Primary Care Clinic.

Exclusion

  • Primary Care Practitioner (PCP) opt out
  • Severe anxiety or depression symptoms
