Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Prescribed chronic benzodiazepines by their primary care clinicians at a Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) Primary Care Clinic.
Exclusion
- Primary Care Practitioner (PCP) opt out
- Severe anxiety or depression symptoms
