- Age group : 18-60 years old
- Both genders
- Patient scheduled for paraumbilical hernia surgeries
Exclusion
- Allergy to medications used in this study
- Patient's refusal to participate in this study
- Recurrent cases
- Any complications to local blocks
- Emergency surgical procedures
