Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- ASA physical status I-II.
- Age 20-45 years.
- Undergoing lower abdominal hysterectomies.
Exclusion
- Patient refusal
- Patients with coagulopathy.
- Hypertensive patients.
- Diabetic patients.
- Morbid obesity
- Allergy to the used drugs
