Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- age 15-17 years,
- minimum of 3 years of training experience,
- specialization in anaerobic and aerobic disciplines.
Exclusion
- presence of acute or chronic inflammation
- fever, infections, injuries
- se of any anti-inflammatory drugs.
