Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- All patients programmed for mitral valve replacement who have more than 45 years old
Exclusion
- Patients with mitral calcification
- Mitral valve rheumatic disease
- Mitral valve infections
- Redo surgery on the mitral valve
