Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Elective CABG
  • Hemodynamically stable CAD patients

Exclusion

  • Re-operation, previous sternotomy (where LIMA is already dissected)
  • concomitant valve operation, ventricular aneurysm resection
  • other additional major cardiac procedures
  • Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
