Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age 18-65 (target population for the programme)
- The consultation targets symptom complaints
- Listed with participating practice.
Exclusion
- Symptoms are acute (not persistent) and there is no need for this intervention
- Symptoms must primarily be treated by medicine or surgery
- Patient severely affected by other disease
- Not eligible due to language or cognitive problems
