Inclusion
- BMI between 35-50kg/m2
- Bariatric surgery candidates
Exclusion
- Non-controlled psychiatric disorder
- Pregnancy desire in the next 12 months
- Do not have mobile devices (smartphone)
- Language barrier with Spanish.
