Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Adults (≥18 years of age)
- Participants undergoing elective surgery; risk assessed as requiring EDPTP
Exclusion
- Contraindications to EDPTP or GCS
- Individuals requiring therapeutic anticoagulation e.g., anticoagulation for previous DVT
- Known thrombophilia or thrombogenic disorder
