Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age group: 18 - 65 years old.
- American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Class I to III
- Scheduled for fracture mandible fixation.
Exclusion
- Refusing to participate in the study.
- History of allergy to the medications used in the study.
- Contraindications to regional anesthesia (including coagulopathy and local infection).
- Psychiatric disorders.
- Pregnancy.
