The aim of the study is to determine the efficacy of adding morphine in two doses (3mg, 5mg) to erector spinae plane block in relieving acute post mastectomy pain

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • 1/female patients aged from 18 to 60 years.
  • 2/ASA I -II
  • 3/Surgery is modified radical mastectomy

Exclusion

  • 1/ASA more than II
  • 2/Patients with known allergy to study drugs
  • 3/Skin infection at site of needle puncture
  • 4/Coagulopathy
  • 5/Uncooperative patients
