Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Adult patients with severe aortic stenosis and candidates for transfemoral TAVI.
- Secondary access possible through both radial and femoral routes.
- Capacity to provide informed consent.
Exclusion
- Specific contraindications for radial or femoral access.
