Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients with obscure abdominal pain
- Age from 18 years old up to 70 years old
Exclusion
- Current use of narcotics
- patients have uncontrolled coagulopathy
- Patients are Haemodynamically unstable
- patients have Cardiopulmonary problems
- Patients refusing the diagnostic laparoscopy after routine investigations
