Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Male/Female
- Age group between 18-40 years
- Unilateral limitation of SLR less than 75 degrees
- Asymptomatic, active knee extension less than 160 degrees
Exclusion
- Fracture of Lower limb
- Individuals with soft tissue injury
- Chronic back pain
- Prolapsed Intervertebral disc
- Any surgery was done for back, pelvis hip or knee.
- Spinal deformity
