Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Male/Female
  • Age group between 18-40 years
  • Unilateral limitation of SLR less than 75 degrees
  • Asymptomatic, active knee extension less than 160 degrees

Exclusion

  • Fracture of Lower limb
  • Individuals with soft tissue injury
  • Chronic back pain
  • Prolapsed Intervertebral disc
  • Any surgery was done for back, pelvis hip or knee.
  • Spinal deformity
